'Blue Light' by jusme digital

It's Thursday so there is another batch of new releases at Scrap Takeout including a wonderful kit by Christine of jusme digital. The kit is called 'Blue Light' and you can get it in her store here.

I just love the colours in the kit and you know how much I love Christine's paint splats that I just had to use one of them in my layout of Tyler. The wordart is by TLC and I thought it was so appropriate for the photo.
