'Love and Life' by jusme digital

Christine of jusme digital has some wonderful new kits in her store at Scrap Takeout, and I had the pleasure of working with 'Love and Life'.

Here is a preview of this lovely kit.

I used some photos taken of my daughter Susan on her seventh birthday. The cake was made for her by her grandmother.

I also used a template by Etc. by Danyale which you can get on her Facebook fan page at the moment. You will need to 'like' her and then click on the Exclusive Gift tab.

Another layout with 'Shelby's Farm' by Touched By A Butterfly

I couldn't resist making another layout with 'Shelby's Farm'. The little people are so cute. I thought that the photo was just right for the layout.

If you look closely you can see me on the left (as Daddy Pig) and my daughter Susan (as a horse) on the right of the photo. We all had such fun that day.

'Shelby's Farm' by Touched By A Butterfly

Celeste of Touched By a Butterfly has a great kit in store at Berry Applicious. It's called 'Shelby's Farm' and you can get it here:

http://berryapplicious.com/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1_208&products_id=2813

Here is a preview of the kit. It is absolutely jam-packed with elements and papers for you to scrap your farm visits:

This kit was ideal for my layout using photos taken on a visit to 'Old MacDonald's Farm' with Tyler last summer.

We all had such fun that day. I must do another layout using this kit.

'Heaven and Earth' by jusme digital

I made a layout using ‘Heaven and Earth’ by Christine of jusme digital, which you can buy in her store here:

Here is a preview of this lovely kit:

I just love the colours in the kit and used photos of Tyler and his Dad on a museum visit. Tyler wanted to look at the dinosaur's teeth. Here is my layout:

He is such a curious little boy.

Another layout with 'Are We There Yet'

I made another layout using 'Are We There Yet' by Touched by a Butterfly.

The lyrics are from a song called 'Homeward Bound' by Simon and Garfunkel. I needed a ticket and a guitar to complete this layout so I turned to kits by my good friend Liv of Country Liv's Graphics.

Be back soon with more layouts. There is a new kit by jusme digital being released on 18 April and I will have a layout to show you then.

Here is a preview of the kit, which is just great for scrapping your journeys.

I decided to use a couple of photos of Tyler washing the car. They are so cute and went perfectly with the kit.

He really looks as if he is enjoying himself, doesn't he?

Previews for 'Softly Spoken' by Country Liv's Graphics

I just realised that in my last post I didn't show you any previews of 'Softly Spoken'. Right, let's correct that:

Don't you just love that little rabbit. The butterfly and rabbit decorated cookies look good enough to eat. There is an alpha included with the kit. Here is the preview of the papers - also showing a close up view of some of them.

Here is a close-up of some of the items in the kit:

Please go on over to Liv's Blog where you will find the links to all her stores where you can buy this lovely kit.

'Softly Spoken' by Country Liv's Graphics

My good friend Liv of Country Liv's Graphics has a lovely new kit in her stores. It is called 'Softly Spoken' and you can get it in her stores which are listed in the side bar on her blog. Liv also has a Personal Use 'Cardigan Texture' freebie on her blog at the moment. While you are there you can grab lots of other freebies and sign up for her newsletter.

I made two layouts with 'Softly Spoken' which is based on Liv's contribution to the 'Innocent Heart' kit. The first layout is using a photo of Tyler when he was allowed home for the first time 11 weeks after he was born.

The second layout uses photos taken by my husband Richard of the spring flowers in our garden. I blended the photo of the hebe with two of the papers in the kit and I am quite pleased with the result. It really makes the photo of the daffodils pop out of the page.

I am so pleased to tell you that my layout 'Charlie Having Fun at the Park' was awarded Layout of the Week at Scrapping Fairytales. I was over the moon when I got the message informing me of the award. I used 'Undisclosed' by jusme digital for this layout and you can buy the kit here:

'Barbed Wire Halo' by Scraps by Randys Sin

Pam Kerry from Berry Applicious asked me if I would like to work with a tagger kit by Scraps by Randys Sin. The kit is called 'Barbed Wire Halo' and you can buy it here:

http://berryapplicious.com/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1_217&products_id=2833Tag

Here is the kit preview:

The layout I made is of a photo of Tyler and his Grandad on a visit to Old MacDonald's Farm.

The hat Tyler is wearing is part of the kit and I thought that it suited him. They had such fun together on that ride. I think I will make some more layouts of the trip to the Farm.
